BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at Lots 1-4, block 60, East End Land Company's Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 2, page 22, ROHC, and lots 185 and 186, Clifton Hills Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 6, page 17, ROHC; being the properties described as Parcel No. 7, Tracts 1, 2, and 3, in deed book 3288, page 256, ROHC. Tax Map No. 156P-F-12. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Removal of all inoperable autos. 2. Provision of a sight-obscuring screen along the north line of the property. 3. Stormwater management and onsite drainage be approved by City Engineer. 4. No off-loading on Calhoun. 5. Only to be used for display of vehicles for sale. 6. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
